Booking

  • It's vital your child's session is booked and paid for using our app or booking website BEFORE attending the venue.
  • It's vital you log out of your own Glasgow Club account before booking and log in with the email/password combination unique to each child you want to make a booking for. You can check the information we hold for the current logged in user by tapping "My Info" in our mobile app or the "My Account" button at the top the page when logged into our booking website
  • Please only make and pay for bookings you're sure you will be able to attend. We currently have limited access to systems, a smaller team and we're receiving a higher volume of enquiries so we're unable to process refunds for missed sessions.
  • When sessions are fully booked we are unable to allow access to any additional attendees to maintain compliance with Scottish Government and SFA guidelines on safe ratios.

Attendance

  • Registers will be used by coaches with names coming from the account used during booking (see details above). Please ensure you do book the child into the session with their account rather than using your adult customer record so that any information for Test & Protect is correct.
  • Drop-off / During Sessions / Pick-Up  – we currently have a mixture of indoor and outdoor sessions. For outdoor sessions, please refrain from congregating outside pitches, returning to vehicles or a suitable area where social distancing can be observed. For indoor sessions, one parent per child may enter the building to spectate with seating provided around the sports hall/indoor pitch.
  • You must remain contactable throughout the session in case we need to get in touch. At the conclusion of sessions, coaches will stand and wait for your child to identify who is there to pick them up, please make yourself known to the coach.
  • Face coverings are not be required for any children participating in sessions.
  • For Tiny Tots sessions, adults need to adhere to social distancing measures during sessions. Only one adult per child is allowed to attend Tiny Tots.
  • Sanitiser is available at entrance points.  If participating, please ensure your hands are sanitised before all sessions.  We will also be sanitising all equipment before, after & in-between scheduled sessions.
  • Toilets – our preference would be that customers do not use the toilets on site, however if any child needs to, this will be accommodated.
  • Session Duration has been reduced to allow staff time to clean all equipment prior to the next session and to reduce crossover of participants.
  • Drinks should be brought by children in their own water bottle, ideally clearly marked with their name and participants should refrain from sharing.
  • Clothing worn by participants should be washed after every session they attend.
  • Coaches – our coaches have all completed Covid-19 Awareness training and have strict guidance on how sessions should now be delivered.
  • Do not attend if you or anyone in your household has symptoms of COVID-19 and follow NHS advice
